Who wants 5 shoulder exercises to do during there next dumbbell workout that will shape your delts (shoulder muscle) in 3 minutes?
This sample circuit routine is not for the faint hearted, and you will ache the next day, or even the same day.
This shoulder workout is based on the superset principle and involves high intensity training. basically you go from one exercise for the shoulders without rest to the next and so on. The aim is to complete all 5 killer shoulder exercises one after the other. (this is 1 set)
Do the entire circuit as shown on the video with zero rest between exercises. Aim for 10-15reps per exercise.
Use the same weight for all exercises.
Repeat 2-3 times resting for 60 - 120 seconds between workouts.
Do the 5 killer shoulder exercises in the same order as shown:
Front Raises
Lateral Raises
Bent Over Raises
Upright Rows
Shoulder Press
Perform this killer shoulder workout twice a week for best results.
Increase the weights by 2-5lbs every week to ensure that your body dose not adjust to this type of workout.
You will notice that as well as building muscle mass on your shoulders this weight lifting workout helps increase your strength, endurance and helps burn body fat. The more oxygen that your body uses in a workout the more fat your body is going to burn. Trust me this workout will leave you totally out of breath and wondering why you started it.
