Dumbbell Curl and when you get to the top of the movement go into a Shoulder Press. Complete 3 sets of 12 reps Increase the weights to increase the intensity of the workout. This is one of the best arm toning exercises as it works the entire arm including the shoulders.
Biceps / Triceps Superset
Hammer Curls Hammer curls are a great exercise for toning the side of the biceps and the forearm.
Perform the kickbacks immediately after the hammer curls for the best effect. Super setting is a great way to burn fat fast and you can have a great workout in half the time.
