The Best Way To Gain Muscle And Burn Body Fat At The Same Time

The best way to build muscle and burn fat is not always obvious. Below i am going to share with you my top 10 tips for building muscle and burning fat at the same time. Yes this is possible.


1) Train first thing
Training first thing in the morning is best for fat burning especially if you do it before breakfast. Your body will burn more fat this way. You are also less likely to skip a training session then if you were to do it later in the day.


2) Increase the weights every week

The best way to increase muscle size and strength is to consistently add weights to your workout. Aim for a 5lb increase on each exercise each week.


3) Train Legs

The largest muscles in your body are your legs therefore these are the biggest fat burners. Heavy leg work such as squats not only stimulates muscle growth but will burn more fat.


4) Training Splits
Use a training split which allows a muscle group to rest for 48hours before hitting it again, you will recover far better this way. Recovery = Muscle growth.

5) Water is essential
You should drink sips of cold water between sets as it is said to burn more calories, and also keeps you hydrated.


6) Don't forget cardio
Don't just rely on weights. Cardio is a great way to strip fat from your bones. Playing sports such as martial arts is another great way to condition your body and burn fat and build strength.


7) You need to fail
By this is mean take each exercise to failure. Complete as many reps as you can until you cannot do anymore.


8) Even it out
To build a great body you need to train evenly. For every pushing exercise you should have a pulling one and so on.


9) Compound moves

The best way to gain muscle is to use compound exercises which involve a variety of muscle groups. These build more muscle and burn more fat as they take up more energy to perform.


10) Make a plan and stick to it
