1) Train first thing
Training first thing in the morning is best for fat burning especially if you do it before breakfast. Your body will burn more fat this way. You are also less likely to skip a training session then if you were to do it later in the day.
2) Increase the weights every week
The best way to increase muscle size and strength is to consistently add weights to your workout. Aim for a 5lb increase on each exercise each week.
3) Train Legs
The largest muscles in your body are your legs therefore these are the biggest fat burners. Heavy leg work such as squats not only stimulates muscle growth but will burn more fat.
4) Training Splits
Use a training split which allows a muscle group to rest for 48hours before hitting it again, you will recover far better this way. Recovery = Muscle growth.
