The Ultimate Circuit Training Routine For Increasing Fitness Levels
A lot of people think that you need loads of equipment to get a great workout, and this is completely false. You can get a great workout anywhere, anytime and anyplace just by using your own bodyweight.
I am going to take you through a series of exercises, which when put together as shown will give you a great workout. Its not the bodyweight exercises which will increase your bodyweight fitness levels but the intensity in which you do them.
The following workout i am going to show you, uses 6 different bodyweight exercises performed for 15seconds at a time with 15seconds rest between each workout.
The video explains this and shows this a little better.
The idea is that you give each 15seconds 100% of your maximum effort.
Make a note of how many reps you do.
The exercises for this bodyweight fitness circuit
Push Ups
Mountain Climbers
Thrusters
High Knees
Squats
Jump Squats
After you have completed 15 seconds on and off for each of these exercise in order take about 15seconds rest and then repeat two more times.
This bodyweight workout will work for everyone because it is based on your own intensity level.
Found it easy? Then you either did not give it 100% of your maximum effort or you are just superman and should try 20seconds on and 15seconds rest instead.
