Bodyweight Workouts For Building Muscle And Burning Fat

Bodyweight workouts are a great way to build muscle and burn fat and you can have a great workout in the comfort of your own home.

Below is a list of the best bodyweight routines for either building muscle or burning fat. Muscle building routines tend to focus more on the strength exercises such as pull ups, push ups and dips. Fat burning routines are often based on intense circuits of exercises such as squats, burpees and mountain climbers.

 

Muscle Building Bodyweight Routines

50's

This little routine is very hard and you will notice this the first time you try it.  The video explains everything you need.

50 Push Ups
50 Pull Ups
50 One legged Squats
50 Chin Ups
50 Dips

This is one of the best bodyweight workouts i have tried and you will ache the next day.

Fat Burning Routines

This little beauty is a great workout. You can do one set as a warm up or a few sets to really strip away that unwanted body fat.
