How To Build Biceps In Just 10 Minutes
If you really want to build massive biceps then you need to totally re think the way you train your arm muscles. The most common mistake people make when they work out their arms is they train to often. You do not need to train your biceps every single day and believe it or not more is not often better.
To get maximum benefit from your biceps train you should only train your arms once or twice a week, but in these workouts really focus on training your arms intensely, this is the best way to build biceps and turn your pipe cleaner arms into cannons.
The best method of training for an intense workout is to use the method of super setting. Super setting is basically when you move from one exercise to the next without rest. This is usually done with just two exercises but to really jack up the intensity we are going to do 4 exercises in a row.

The exercises of choice are:
Dumbbell Hammer Curls
Alternate Dumbbell Curls
Concentration Curls
Incline Dumbbell Curls
These 4 exercises will build biceps and will work all areas of these muscles. Take a weight you can lift for about 15reps and perform each exercise in order until total failure. As soon as one exercise is complete move immediately onto the next and do the same. After all 4 exercise have been completed take a 2 minute rest in which you should tense and stretch the muscles and then repeat 2-3 more times.
By exercising like this you can really build muscle on your biceps in just a simple 10 minute workout which you should do once or twice a week.
To ensure that you get stronger and build more muscle each workout you should aim to increase the weights you lift by a few pounds each workout.
