Complete Dumbbell Workout Program
For Building Big Biceps


This dumbbell workout routine is brought to you by my buddy Vince Delmonte and in this particular video you get a complete biceps workout for building muscle on your arms.

The dumbbell exercises which are demonstrated in this training video are designed to work together to train the whole of the biceps muscles. You will add muscle to your upper, lower and peak of the biceps.


This dumbbell workout program is a killer and the exercises are clubbed together into a circuit with minimal rest between sets and exercises. This is to keep the intensity high and keep the blood flowing to your biceps muscles.



The biceps are a great muscle for getting and feeling the pump from your workout.

Exercise 1 Standing Biceps Curls (Mid Range Power Exercise)

4 sets of 12-10-8-6 reps

Rest 30-60 seconds between sets

Increase the weights by 5lbs on each set

 

Exercise 2 Incline Biceps Curl (A Stretching Exercise)

4 sets of 12-10-8-6 reps

Rest 30-60 seconds between sets

Increase the weights by 5lbs on each set


Exercise 3 Concentration Curls (Peak Contraction Exercise)

4 sets of 12-10-8-6 reps

Rest 30-60 seconds between sets

Increase the weights by 5lbs on each set
