For years i struggled to gain muscle and burn fat. I had been a member of a gym before remember getting frustrated with everything about it for several reasons:

- People there are rude
- I felt intimidated by other users
- Staff seemed more interested in chatting up the girls on the cross trainer then actually helping people
- The opening times did not suit me
I then stumbled upon a fantastic routine which helped me gain over 20lbs of brand new muscle, develop 6 pack abs and generally look and feel great. And i did all of this in the comfort of my own home, following easy at home workouts designed for the normal person.
