Building Muscle Fast
This free weight lifting program is a complete 6 week muscle builder for hard gainers looking to build muscle and gain weight.
I am going to share with you one of my favorite muscle building programs which helped me to gain over 13lbs of new muscle in just 6 weeks. This is not one of those bull shit claims either that you see plastered all over those bodybuilder magazines.

Using sports supplements is entirely up to you, i personally only use a protein power to supplement my diet and that is about it. The secrets to muscle growth is not in a powder or capsule form it is in hard work, dedication and consistency. Anyone can have a great body if you are willing to put the time and effort into creating it.
The Free Weight Training Program
This is how the next 6 weeks are going to look. There is 3 phases to this training program and they are as follows:
Weeks 1-2
3sets of 15reps
30sec rest between sets
Weeks 3-4
4sets of 10reps
60secs rest between sets
Weeks 5-6
5sets of 5 reps
90secs rest between sets
The weight you use should be heavy enough to not be able to do any more then the prescribed number of reps on the last set.
Each workout will train you entire body using compound multi joint exercises for stimulating the most muscle fibres, these exercises are:
Deadlifts
Dumbbell flat bench press
Front barbell squats
Bent over barbell row
Standing military press
Front plate wood choppers
Chin ups
Dips
Back extensions
Reverse crunches
There are some rules you need to follow to make the most out of this free weight training program.
Workout MON, WED & FRI
Complete 20minutes of intense cardio on TUE, THURS & SAT for fat loss and fitness.
Multiply your bodyweight in lbs by 18 This is how many calories your need each day to gain weight.
Eat a minimum of every 4 hours 5-6 times a day.
Each meal should consist of 45-50% Carbs, 30-35% Protein & 20-25% Fats.
Increase the weight you lift each week.
Just follow the program as prescribed and follow the rules and you will gain more muscle in the next 6 weeks then you have done previously. Remember the keys to muscle gain is consistency, dedication, smart training and proper diet.
