Barbell Front Squats
Do this exercise slow and strict, making sure you keep your back straight. If possible, do all squats in front of a mirror so you can see if you are keeping your back straight or not. Personally i like this exercise and gives a good burn in your legs, it can be a little awkward to do at first but you will soon get the hang of it.
