How To Build Big Biceps Which Bulge

Every body wants to know how to build bigger biceps and the biceps muscles are a favorite of everybody who trains with weights. Training the biceps has become obsessive with some people and the arms are a well loved body part.
I know of some people and i wont mention their names who actually do sets of biceps curls or other arm exercises before going out to a club or a bar so that their arms look massive if they are wearing a t shirt.
Its funny if you mention to somebody that you lift weights or body build you will notice that they instantly look at your arm muscles. Try it, next time to speak to someone drop it into the conversation and see their eyes instantly move to your biceps. Maybe this is why some people are obsessed with finding out how to build big biceps.
More is not always better
You don't train legs everyday do you, so you don't need to train biceps everyday. More is not always better and over training your arm muscles could even lead to a decrease in muscle size in that area.
The more is not always better principle goes for the exercises as well. You do need need to do hundreds of different exercises in your workouts. When i asked top personal trainers and bodybuilders how to build big biceps? they all stated that the most simplest of exercises is the best and the two most top rated exercises for biceps growth is the barbell Curl and Dumbbell Curl.
These exercises with only help you get bigger biceps if you actually increase the weight you lift each and every week. As long as you increase the weights and use perfect form you will gain muscle on your arms.
As i mentioned before you do not need to train your biceps every workout and once or twice per week is sufficient and will allow enough time between workouts for rest. It is when your muscles are resting that they grow.
Here are 2 different variations of the barbell biceps curl that you can try to add muscle to different angles of your arms.
Outer Biceps - Close grip
Inner Biceps - Wide Grip
Do not rush the movement. Use a 303 tempo for best results. A slow strict movement is how you build big biceps in just a few short weeks.
