How To Build Muscle Mass Fast

Building muscle is not easy, especially if you do not have muscle building genes are not using steroids and do not have a plan.

To build muscle you need a plan, its no good just turning up at the gym and winging it, not knowing what exercises you are going to do, how many sets or reps etc.


Building muscle does not happen casually, its like trying to become a millionaire accidentally. You not going to wake up one morning and find a million bucks in your bank account, you need to work for it and you need a plan.


If you want to know how to build muscle you are going to need to focus on one day at a time and not be impatient. It is really important to build on every workout , increasing the weights you lift from the previous week.

Its no good going to the gym day in day out performing the same workout week after week. The main problem with this is that you are not giving your muscles a reason to grow. Your muscles will get bored and will adapt to the workout. To bypass this week it is important to increase the weights you lift each and every workout AND regularly change your training routine to keep your body guessing.

If you really want to know how to build muscle mass you are going to need to give your muscles a reason to grow and there is a few different ways you can do this.


1: You can overload your muscles with volume
2: By doing more sets
3: By doing more reps
4: Lifting heavier weights


Lifting heavier weights are going to force your muscles to grow as you stress and stimulate the muscle fibres. This will force your muscles to grow stronger to adapt to this extra stress that you are putting on them.


Aim to increase the weights by 5% each week, have a plan and keep your body guessing, this is how to build muscles mass as quickly as possible.
