The Incline Press (Dumbbells)
Changing the angle of the movement so you are pressing on an incline bench tends to put extra stress on your upper chest muscles and makes the shoulders work harder. You will find that you cant lift as much doing the incline version as you can doing flat or decline presses. Can be done with a barbell or dumbbells.
