Make Your Own Muscle Building Drinks For Weight And Muscle Gain

You can create your own muscle gaining drinks on the cheap using general groceries that you may find in your kitchen cupboards.


Building muscle mass fast means consuming enough protein , carbohydrates and calories to trigger, bigger stronger muscles, in response to your weight training workouts. Without extra nutrients your body will not grow new muscle.


Here are a few smoothie recipes for you to try which will provide you with muscle building protein and carbs. These muscle building drinks are excellent for post workout consumption or to use as a meal replacement.



Banana Splitmuscle building drinks
1 Scoop Whey Protein Powder (Vanilla or banana)
500ml Water
1-2 Bananas
4 Ice Cubes

Blend for 60 seconds and enjoy

 


Strawberry Surprise
1 Scoop Whey Protein Powder (Vanilla or strawberry)
4 Strawberries
4 Ice Cubes
1 Pot Low fat yogurt

Blend for 60 seconds and enjoy


Coffee Cup
1 Scoop Whey Protein Powder (Vanilla or chocolate)
1 Teaspoon instant coffee
500ml Milk
4 Ice Cubes

Blend for 60 seconds and enjoy
