The muscle building DVD is my favourite part of the No Nonsense Muscle Building Program. What you get is 4 hours worth of video instruction from Vince Delmonte.


There are 16 sepearte parts to the video and you can either watch them online, download and watch them on the computer or burn them to disc. Each chapter is packed full or great advice on building YOUR best body.


In the video series Vince explains exactly what the No Nonsense Muscle Building Program is about and how you can set and achieve your muscle building goals. The reason i like the videos is because i lose concentration easy. Not becuase i am bored but simply becuase my mind switches off after a while, i just cant help it. Becuase of this having the book and the video is a great way for me to learn. I can read about it, watch it being done and then do it for myself.


This DVD is highly motivational and everytime i watch a portion of it, i feel like training. You can watch Vince do one of his muscle building workouts and see and feel the energy needed to create a great body.


All the exercises are demonstrated in video format and if you miss a bit you can pause and rewind to catch up.


Personally i think that this DVD is worth the price of the No Nonsense Muscle Building Program alone.
