Practically everyone who has ever searched the internet for muscle building programs have seen the No Nonsense Muscle Building Program advertised. Most muscle building books are over hyped wastes of money but after buying this program and taking the time to read it fully and actually try it out i have to say that i am impressed with the results so far.

I have to say when i first landed on the No Nonsense Muscle Building Webpage i thought it looked a little hyped up like the other hundred muscle building programs on the internet. I think the thing that appealed to me the most was that Vince had a real story to tell, with real results.

The website itself has lots of free articles and videos and with just an email address you can sign up for 10 free video coaching lessons and a free training ebook at no cost what so ever.

If you are skeptical about the program then i sugest signing up for the free video coaching lessons and give the 6 week muscle building workout a go. You will build muscle if you follow it correctly.

My first impressions were good and Vince's gains in just 6 months were fantastic. Would i have this luck when it comes to building muscle mass or was it going to be like any other building muscle mass program i had tried.

Still skeptical i signed up for the 10 FREE Video Coaching Lessons for Hardgainers. I was sent a series of emails containing video lessons and free articles and ebooks. I was impressed with the content so tried the 6 week muscle building program you get at the end of the course.

My results after 6 weeks

In just 6 weeks i had gained over 13lbs of new muscle whilst following the instruction from these free no nonsense muscle building videos.

The book is well written and there is no crap to fill out the pages. I promise once you start reading it you will not want to put it down.


If reading gets to much then the entire book is in audio format which can be downloaded and burned onto disc or ipod. This was a very handy feature for me as spend alot of time in my car so can listen to the ebook whilst i am driving so this was a welcome bonus for me.

The other good feature of this program is that every single workout is demonstrated on video. Every exercise and routine is shown so you will make no mistakes when it comes to knowing which exercises to do and when.

You can watch the videos online or download them and burn them onto disc and watch anywhere.

As far as content goes you get alot for your money and if you are serious about muscle building and weight gain then the no nonsense muscle building program is a worthwhile investment. I used to spend loads on supplements and other stuff, although this program cost me money initally i now know i do not need supplements, i am never going to buy a bodybuilding magazine again and i have saved myself so much money.
