Try This Shoulder Blaster Workout For Building Massive Shoulder Muscles

Try this shoulder workout if you want to build thick wide shoulders that complement your physique.

Wide shoulders give you that classic athletic V shape which makes your upper body look big and your waist small.

This is one of my favorite workouts, and alot of people under estimate the amount of work your shoulders can handle. The shoulder muscles can handle a massive amount of stress so its no good just doing one set of one exercise.

If you really want your shoulders to grow you need to hit them high intensity workouts. the shoulder blaster workout does just this and fully fatigues all angles of your shoulders.


Take each of the exercises i am going to show to until total muscle failure. This is when you cannot do another rep no matter how hard you try. You should be using a weight which you can do for around 10-15 reps. Don't waste time counting reps though and if you can do another one then do it. This is the only way you are going to build more muscle.

 

The Ultimate Shoulder Blaster Workout


These are the exercises that you need to do in the following order:

The Arnold Press
W Shoulder Press
Upright Rows
Bent Over V Raises
Standing Side Laterals

The video on the right demonstrates the entire workout and shows you how to perform each exercise. Notice how pumped Vince's shoulders look after just one circuit of this workout.


People seem to just focus on heavy lifting and think that is all they need to do day in day out. The truth is the best training is different training. Don't do the same boring workouts again and again. Do something different and shock your muscles into growing.

 

Workout Summary

Find a weight you can do for 10-15 reps shoulder blaster workout

Rotate through each exercise without any rest

Repeat the circuit 2-5 times with 2 minutes rest between circuits


In just a few short week you will really see the difference in muscle size and strength and your shoulder muscles will look bigger, rounder and stronger.
