2 cups Bran cereal, all varieties
1 cup Strawberries
1 tsp Olive, Flax or Salmon Oils

A healthy breakfast with fibre and fruit. Just mix all the ingredients together and enjoy.

Dinner Diet Plan Example

2 cups Mushrooms
8 oz Tofu
1 1/2 cups Cabbage
1 cup Zucchini
1 1/2 Peppers (bell or cubanelle)
2 cups Bean sprouts
1 1/3 tsp Olive or monounsaturated oil
364 Calories

Tofu and Vegetable Stir-fry Lightly sauté the vegetables and tofu, in a wok if you have one. Season to taste.
