By following a weight gain diet plan you can start bulking up and stop being skinny. Gaining weight for a hard gainer can just be as difficult as loosing weight for someone who is overweight.

The meal plans start off at 2000 calories and work up to 6000 calories per day. Each one comes with 84 days worth of meals. That's 12 weeks of complete easy to follow meals.
You can use these weight gain meal plans to progressively gain weight so you start at 2000 calories and gradually work up to 6000. If you want a more rapid increase in weight then you can start off with a higher number such as 3500 and work up.

Take your body weight in lbs and multiply it by 20
