Week 1

As well as text instructions all exercises are demonstrated in the FREE weight lifting for dummies video i am going to sent you this week.

Week 3
You should now be a week into your weight lifting for dummies program and making good progress. This weeks articles focuses on goal setting and tracking your progress as you progress through the program.

The next installment focusing on nutrition. I will share some great articles and advice for skinny guys who want to bulk up and really add some muscle.

Week 5
For the fifth installment you are going to learn the truth about weight lifting supplements and some truths about the supplement industry that you should really know.

You can also download my Creatine report for free and learn how weight lifters are using this to gain muscle size and strength.


Week 6

The last installment of my weight lifting program looks at what to do next. I share with you some important training tips and even more free ebook's and articles.
