6 Step Weight Lifting Plan For
Building Muscle Mass Fast


If you are serious about muscle building then you need a plan. If you have just started out or thinking of starting a bodybuilding program then i have put together a collection of weight training information to get you started.

The following article lays out 6 important steps that you need to address before starting any sort of muscle building plan.

Step 1

The first step of your weight lifting plan should be choosing a goal. Why are you training with weights? What do you want to achieve?

Set your self short term and long term goals and achieve them.

Step 2

The next step if you have not already started is to set a date wweight lifting planhen you will start your weight lifting plan. Mark this date in the diary or on a calendar and constantly remind yourself of the goals you have just created and how you are going to achieve them.

It may help to let your friends and family know of your plans so A) they know what you are doing and B) they can offer you support and encouragement.


Step 3

Next you are going to need to make some drastic changes to your diet it you want to make the most out of your weight lifting. A good diet aimed and gaining weight and muscle is the key if you want to stop being skinny and add some muscle to your bones.

Step 4

The next thing you are going to want to do for your weight lifting is to make sure you don't make the same mistakes most hard gainers make when they first start training for muscle size.

Step 5

Before you start any weight lifting plan you need to have built a foundation to build muscle on. Ideally you should have completed some form of body weight training to get your body used to training with weights.

Step 6
