Those of you looking for a complete weightlifting routine has come to the right place. i know what it is like to be a complete beginner, not knowing what program to follow, who's advice to follow and where to start.

Deadlifts
Flat Dumbbell Bench Press
Front Barbell Squats

Front Plate Wood Choppers
